THAI Cargo e-Import Service
ในวันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2552 THAI Cargo เปิดตัวโครงการ e-Import Service ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 2 บริการ ได้แก่ e-Payment และ e-Manifest Tracking โดยเปิดให้ลูกค้าลงทะเบียนเพื่อใช้บริการและจัดให้มีการบรรยายวิธีใช้ ณ อาคารขนถ่ายสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ เขตปลอดอากร โดยจะเปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่กลางเดือนมกราคม 2553 เป็นต้นไป
การบริการด้าน e-Payment เป็นการร่วมมือของ THAI Cargo กับ 4 ธนาคาร ได้แก่ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และธนาคารกรุงไทย เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้า ให้สามารถชำระค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ เช่น Terminal charge, storage charge เป็นต้น ด้วยระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต ผ่านเวบไซต์ www.thaicargo.com
การให้บริการด้าน e-Manifest Tracking อำนวยให้ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูล Manifest ที่การบินไทยส่งให้ศุลกากร เพื่อการดำเนินพิธีการศุลกากรได้รวดเร็วขึ้น

Simply pack up your purchases and take them to our service counter in the departure hall at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Just show us your passport, hand over your packaged goods, pay the handling fee and THAIPAC rates. THAIPAC will deliver your goods to your destination. then wave good-bye to your luggage until you get home.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Category of goods; all items, except perishable goods, human remains, dangerous goods and valuable items.
2. Handling charge per consignment THB 1,700 net covers surface transportation, customs clearance, documentation and VAT in Thailand.
3. Volume and weight restrictions apply.
4. Applicable rates are subject to change, without prior notice. Valid fuel and security charges are on top of the freight charge.
Thai government export licenses are required for certain items, such as religious objects and images, as well as for antiques. Extra fees in addition to the handling charge may be imposed.
5. THAIPAC boxes are also available for sale.
6. Customers are responsible for import clearance at the destination airport.
